  Reservation procedures

  Please provide the corporate ID ‘MCE’ when calling to make reservations or when booking online at Holiday Inn Express. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card by the guest reserving the room. The parties signing this agreement have no financial liability to the rooms reserved, unless otherwise advised by the parties.

  Individual guest room cancellations

  Should it become necessary to cancel an individual reservation, the hotel is to be notified 24 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a penalty equal to the first nights room charge.

  Check in/Check out

  Check-in time is 3pm. Checkout time is 12:00 pm. Please note that requests for an early check-in cannot be guaranteed, though early arrivals are accommodated once a room is prepared for them. Guests checking out after 12:00 pm are subject to additional charges.

  In order to receive tax exempt status, a valid New York State Tax Exempt certificate must be received by the Hotel. Payment must be via tax exempt organization issued credit card or tax exempt organization issued bank check. Payment via personal credit card will not be accepted for tax exempt organizations.
