• Please provide the corporate ID ‘EC1’ when calling to make reservations or when booking online at Holiday Inn Express. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card by the guest reserving the room. 

  Individual guest room cancellations

  Should it become necessary to cancel an individual reservation, the hotel is to be notified 24 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a penalty equal to the first nights room charge.

  Check-in time is 3pm. Checkout time is 12:00 pm. Please note that requests for an early check-in cannot be guaranteed, though early arrivals are accommodated once a room is prepared for them. Guests checking out after 12:00 pm are subject to additional charges.
